Input section

It consists of scanning device and input control device. The scanning device is an electronic color separation machine matched with the imposition processing system. The scanning device performs scanning, color separation, color correction, color conversion, magnification conversion, etc. on the color image original, and then digitizes the processed image signal, outputs it to the control device, and simultaneously stores it in the magnetic disk.

Imposition processing section

It is composed of disk drive device, imposition display, out-of-tolerance display, color monitor, graphic digitizer and special electronic computer.

Transfer the data entered in the input part from the disk storage to the image display screen, and then transfer each image to the corresponding position specified in the layout design with the help of a graphic digitizer, put together a complete layout, and make necessary correction , Stored in the storage device, ready for access at any time.

In addition to the functions of electronic imposition, the imposition processing part also has the functions of graphic production, image deformation, iron correction, and layout layout. It can also convert yellow, magenta, cyan, and black data into red, green, and blue data. It can be used for monochromatic, two-color, and three-color overlay display and revision.

Output section

It is composed of output control and recording device of electronic color separation machine.

The output control device outputs the imposition data to the recording device of the electronic color separation machine. The recording device exposes the received imposition data on the photosensitive film through the dot generator to obtain the required full-page imposition separation color film with pictures and text for Use for copy or plate making.
