One. Common failures and countermeasures of rotary evaporator

First, the motor does not rotate the detection content:
1. The indicator light (or digital display) of the electric control box is on, and it is checked whether the connection line of the external plug in the electric box is loose or broken.
2. The indicator light (or digital display) of the electric control box is off.
3. Confirm that "1,2" is not abnormal.
4. The inverter displays "OU" due to high frequency interference.
5. Inverter protection function display.

Take a method:
1. Reinsert the plug and connect the disconnection.
2. Update the fuse or confirm that the power supply is normal.
3. Update the circuit board or electric control box.
4. Connect the ground wire or change the work place.
5. Exclude according to the inverter manual P33.

Second, the test content of the heating bath is not heated:
1. Numerous display of bath pot.
2. The "OUT" or "ON" green indicator light in the temperature controller will not heat up.
3. When the bath temperature is lower than the set temperature, the "OUT" or "ON" green indicator in the temperature controller will not light.
4. "OVER" or "000" is displayed on the temperature controller.

Take a method:
1. Check the power supply 220V.
2. Change the heating coil. Change the solid state relay or relay board.
3. Change the temperature controller.
4. Check the probe wiring or update the probe.

3. Contents of bath temperature measurement:
1. When the bath temperature is higher than the set temperature, the "OUT" or "ON" green indicator in the temperature controller will not turn off. (1-2 ℃ is normal)
2. The "OUT" or "ON" green indicator in the temperature controller is off, and the heating continues.
3. The temperature of the digital display bath is far lower than the actual bath temperature.

Take a method:
1. Change the temperature controller.
2. Change the solid state relay or relay board.
3. Change the probe or temperature controller.

Fourth, the vacuum cannot be detected:
1. There is solvent in the container, which is limited by the pressure of the saturated injector.
2. The capacity of the vacuum oil pump decreases.
3. Vacuum hoses, loose joints, and vacuum gauge leaks.
4. The magnetic particle flaw detector is used for holding pressure test. In the absence of any solvent, turn off all external butterfly valves and pipelines. Keep the pressure for one minute. The pointer of the vacuum gauge should not move, indicating good air tightness.
5. There are debris in the discharge valve and pressure control valve.
6. The glass wool sandwich is damaged.

Take a method:
1. Empty the solvent and try the empty bottle.
2. Change oil (water), clean and repair the vacuum oil pump.
3. Check and eliminate along the vacuum pipeline section by section.
4. â‘  Re-assemble, scrub the glass fiber wool sandwich board cleanly, apply vacuum silicone grease, and align and tighten the flange ports.
â‘¡ Update the failed seal.
5. Cleaning.
6. Update or repair.

Fifth, motor speed (only the highest speed) detection content:
1. Check whether the coil of the tachogenerator is broken, use a multimeter to measure the normal resistance of the seven-core plug "1, 2" pin (both sides of the plug facing the slot) about 400Ω.
2. The generator coil is short-circuited with the casing.
3. The generator magnetic ring does not rotate.
4. The magnetic ring of the generator is broken.

Take a method:
1. The generator is disconnected, renew the coil or connect the disconnection point.
2. Loosen the generator cover at the rear of the motor to eliminate the short circuit.
3. Tighten the M5 nut.
4. Update the generator magnetic ring.

Sixth, the motor heat detection content:
1. Motor temperature rise (case temperature-room temperature), △ T≤40 ℃ is normal.
2. When △ T> 40 ℃ is processed according to the right method.
3. The flat display part flashes, indicating that the motor current is overloaded. Follow the right method 2.

Take a method:
1. No need to deal with, can continue to use.
2. â‘ Reduce the stirring blade and reduce the load.
â‘¡ Avoid rotating resonance points.
â‘¢ Appropriately increase the speed and use medium speed.
â‘£Exhaust abnormal resistance of mechanical parts.
⑤ Maintain the sealing and lubrication parts.
