1 Materials and methods

1.1 Instrument: Japan Toshiba Au-40 automatic biochemical analyzer.

1.2 Reagents: TBIL, DBIL, TP, ALB, AST, GGT, ALP, Bun, Cr, BuA, Glu, provided by Shandong Weifang 3V Group, TG, CHO, HDL-c provided by Zhejiang Yilikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

1.3 Quality control: British Langdao dry powder quality control, the specification is 5ml / bottle.

1.4 Treatment of quality control materials

1.4.1 Dissolution: Take 4 langdao dry powder control materials dissolved in deionized water, let stand for 10 minutes, rotate and mix in a clean container.

1.4.2 Packing: Take 40 sharp-bottomed tubes and add about 0.5ml of dissolved control substance, and randomly divide into four groups.

1.4.3 Thawing: After 24 hours, the three groups of quality control solutions were thawed at 6 ° C (refrigerated), 22 ° C (room temperature), and 37 ° C (water soluble).

1.5 Determination: Each control was assayed three times for statistical processing according to the protocol.

2 results

2.1 There was a difference in thawing TBIL at 6 °C. There were differences in thawing TBIL, Bun, Cr, TG and GGT at 22 °C. Thawed at 37 °C, ALT, AST, ALP and CHO were different.

3 Discussion

Laboratory Quality Control (IQC) is an important tool for evaluating the precision of laboratory work. Quality control is an important tool for IQC. Since the dry powder biochemical quality control material generally has a single bottle capacity of 5 ml, in order to save cost, it is often necessary to carry out dissolution, freezing and reconstitution treatment, and the above process may lead to deviation of results. Therefore, the influence of reconstitution temperature on biochemical quality control materials is discussed. More important meaning.

In this experiment, the control products were reconstituted at three temperatures, and then measured. The TBIL, ALT, AST, Bun, TG, and CHO statistics showed differences. Except for TBIL, two values ​​were reconstituted at 37 °C and exceeded 2SD. The measured values ​​are all in the range of 2SD, and most of the reconstituted values ​​at 22 °C are in the range of 1SD, thus demonstrating that reconstitution is more desirable at room temperature reconstitution.
