The latter phenomenon is mainly because the humidification system is not working. Check the water supply system of the humidification system. Check if there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system. Control whether the water level of the humidifying boiler water level is normal and whether the water level in the humidifying boiler is normal. If all of the above are normal for the magnetic pump, it is necessary to check the electrical control system. This requires professional maintenance personnel to perform maintenance.

2. In the high temperature test, if the temperature does not reach the test temperature value, the electrical system can be checked and the faults can be eliminated one by one. If the temperature rises very slowly, it is necessary to look at the wind circulation system and see if the adjustment baffle of the wind circulation is normally open. Conversely, check whether the motor operation of the wind circulation is normal. Sewage pumps, such as temperature overshoots, then need to set PID settings. If the low temperature does not reach the test target, then you must observe the temperature change, whether the temperature drop is very slow, or whether the temperature will rise after the temperature reaches a certain value. The former must check whether it will be before the low temperature test. After the drying in the studio, the ambient temperature of the equipment such as the constant temperature and humidity box is kept dry, and the test sample is put into the working chamber for further testing. The test sample in the working chamber is placed excessively, and the chemical pump cannot make the wind in the working chamber dry. Full circulation, after eliminating the above reasons, we must consider whether it is a fault in the refrigeration system, so we must ask the factory's professionals for maintenance. The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor use environment of the equipment. The ambient temperature of the equipment and the location of the equipment (the distance between the cabinet and the wall) must meet the requirements (in the operating instructions of the equipment).

4. If the constant temperature and humidity box suddenly fails during the test operation, the control instrument displays a corresponding fault display prompt and a voice alarm. The operator can quickly check which type of fault belongs to in the troubleshooting section of the operation of the equipment, and the professional can quickly eliminate the fault to ensure the normal operation of the test. Other environmental test equipment will have other phenomena in use, it must be specific phenomena, specific analysis and exclusion.
