According to the test requirements, the salt spray test chamber simulates the natural environment and completes the test effect that can only be achieved by the samples in the real environment for days or even months in a short time. This test is suitable for multi-layer combination coatings with strong corrosion resistance, such as copper-nickel-chromium coatings or multi-layer nickel coatings.

The salt spray test chamber uses a tower sprayer. The gas produced by the compressor enters the nozzle after being purified, preheated and decompressed, and the brine supply system supplies the brine to the nozzle suction pipe. When spraying, compressed air rushes out of the nozzle, creating a negative pressure above the suction pipe. Under the effect of negative pressure, the salt water is shot through the glass nozzle to the top cone and diffuses to the entire working space, forming a diffuse state, simulating a salt spray environment.

The industries commonly used in salt spray test chambers are: protective layers of instruments, meters, auto parts, electroplating, coatings, electronic components, metal materials, etc. and salt spray corrosion tests of industrial products.
