It is only necessary to change two sleeves. In the past, sleeves had increased the level of flexographic technology. Now, VSOP has successfully brought people to the field of offset printing technology. It can flexibly change the sleeve of any size, and can easily and quickly change the printing scale of the printed product. VSOP printing is suitable for paperboard carton packaging, flexible packaging (paper, plastic film and aluminum film packaging), as well as printing of labels, inserts and commercial printing. Its characteristics are as follows:

(1) The VSOP sleeve size can be infinitely changed: 381mm--762mrn, and the conversion of the printed part requires only a few simple steps;

(2) Due to the use of offset printing, the price and supply time of the printing plate are far cheaper and faster than flexo and gravure;

(3) The cost of the sleeve and offset printing plate is low, and the delivery time is fast. Even if the printing plant is used for short-run printing, it is profitable. The delivery time of the sleeve can be completed within 2 weeks and the mobility is very strong. VSOP uses a slewing type sleeve, which is quick and user-friendly;

(4) VSOP provides a complete solution for a variety of printed materials, coupled with the development of UV drying technology, making the production process very low odor. .
