Instructions:

1. Turn on the power, the display shows 000, if there is too much deviation from the zero point, use the screwdriver to fine-tune the zero button to make it near 000.

2. Open the experimental window door, place the sample in the center of the sample tray, and close the test window door. When the start button is pressed, the linear motor will automatically apply force. When the sample is touched, the display has real-time data output. When the sample is broken, the buzzer will beep once to give a prompt, and the maximum force (intensity value) is Locked while the linear motor runs in reverse until the reset state stops.

3. When the test is continued, remove the residue from the sample and press the reset button to repeat the above steps.

4. When the sample strength is too large, the displayed value exceeds 1000N (the alarm value is set at around 1100N at the factory), the instrument buzzer will beep, and the red LED on the reset button will be on, indicating the overrange alarm and the linear motor will automatically reverse running. Until the reset state, the display is locked to an invalid value.

Precautions:

1. A power outlet with a good ground wire must be provided.

2. It is forbidden to open the experimental window door to avoid the sample broken and splashing people.

3. When the particle intensity shows more than 1000N, you can manually press the reset button without waiting for the instrument to automatically reset.

4. If the instrument malfunctions, please do not disassemble it at will, and return it to the factory for repair.
