3. Die cutting accuracy

The precision of die-cutting mainly depends on the scanning of the electric eye to ensure that the coil is inserted. The position of the cup body and the die plate after feeding are unified in three places to ensure that the printed image is completely die-cut. Die-cutting accuracy is controlled to ±1mm.

4. Sealing temperature

This is an important parameter in process control. According to different materials, the heat sealing temperature is also different. For example, for PE materials, the temperature is controlled at 180~C.

5. Sealing pressure

The heat seal pressure plays a significant role in the fastness of the seal. The SLA-230 film sealer uses a large pressure for the heat-sealing stencil, ensuring complete sealing.

Four. Jelly cup film heat sealing, die cutting failure and exclusion

1. Cup membrane wrinkling

cause:

(1) The film material hardness is low.

(2) The heat seal temperature is high.

Solution:

(1) Select a higher hardness of the cup membrane material or recompose the cup membrane material layer.

(2) Lower the heat seal temperature appropriately.

2. Sealing is not strong

cause:

(1) The heat seal temperature is not suitable.

(2) The heat sealing layer of the cup film material is stratified.

Solution:

(1) Choose a suitable heat seal temperature depending on the type of material.

(2) Select the appropriate composition of the heat seal layer material.

3. Die-cut deviation

cause:

(1) In order to ensure the smooth feeding, there will be a certain gap between the cup hole and the cup, generally about 0.50mm. When the cup is close to the side, there will be segregation phenomenon, which is the main reason for the deviation.

(2) The film has certain toughness, there will be a certain displacement under pressure, resulting in the phenomenon of deviation.

(3) There is a certain clearance between the die cutter and the die groove, and sometimes there will be some offset. Solution:

(1) The electric eye automatically tracks the rectifying film so that the position of the film coincides with the heat sealing and die cutting positions.

(2) Guide column correction. Each of the four corners of the heat-sealable and die-cut upper die plate has a guide post. When the upper and lower molds are pressed together, the guide post is inserted into the positioning hole of the lower stencil. When the deviation is larger than a predetermined value, the guide post is pressed against the lower stencil. At the top, stop the machine and avoid deviations.
