3. Cleaning knowledge of ice machine:

4, the compressor power is low, the cooling capacity can not be satisfied with the warehouse load demand. Because the inferior compressor works for a long time, the sealing function will be reduced accordingly, the compressor's gas transmission coefficient will also be reduced, and the cooling capacity will be reduced.

5. There is more air or frozen oil in the transpiration machine, and the heat transfer effect is reduced. Once the inner and outer parts of the transpiration heat transfer tube are attached with more refrigeration oil, the heat transfer coefficient will be reduced. Similarly, if there is more air in the heat transfer tube, the heat exchange area of ​​the transpiration machine is reduced, and the heat transfer is performed. The power will also be significantly reduced, and the warehouse temperature will slow down.

6. The surface of the ice machine transpiration machine is too thick or excessively dusty, and the heat transfer effect is reduced. Another important reason for the slower temperature reduction in the tea shop ice machine is the low heat transfer power of the transpiration machine, which is mainly due to the excessive thickness or excessive dust on the outer surface of the transpiration machine.

7. The cold cabinet has a large loss of cooling due to poor heat insulation or sealing function. The poor heat insulation function is due to insufficient thickness of the insulation layer of pipes, warehouse insulation walls, etc., and poor heat insulation and heat preservation.
