3. Carton sticky skew

There are mainly three kinds of causes for skewing of the produced trays:

(1) The pressure groove of the indentation line is too wide and the indentation pressure is not enough, so that the extruding marks are not full, and the folds cannot be accurately folded in accordance with the indentation line.

(2) The improper adjustment of the folding transmission, the conveyance speeds of the left and right sides of the cassette are inconsistent, and the sticky mouth is skewed.

Solution: Reduce the width of the indentation line and increase the indentation pressure; adjust the folding transmission so that the feeding speeds of the left and right sides of the carton are the same; reinstall the folding bar.

4. Sticky mouth alignment is not allowed

Viscous misalignment is misalignment, and misplaced cartons are not well formed. This phenomenon is usually caused by inaccurate adjustment of the machine. 2. Coating and folding sections

The problems that should be paid attention to in the gluing section and the folding section are as follows:

(1) Before applying glue, make sure that the conveying path of the sticky edge of the tray is parallel to the conveyor belt.

(2) The gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels and the amount of glue applied should be appropriate to ensure that the coating layer is thin and uniform.

(3) Match the width of the carton and rubber wheel. In the automatic gluing process, the sticky width of the carton should meet the requirements of the gluing machine. If the width is too narrow, the quality of the gluing box will be affected. If the width is too narrow, overfilling occurs. If the width is too wide, the pre-folding will be affected. In addition, the concentricity of the rubberizing wheel must be precise, and the knurling of the edge should be free from wear to ensure uniform glue application.

(4) The location of the glue should be appropriate, too far away from the crease line, and the box should be unsightly. Too close it may cause the location where the glue should not be applied to be coated with glue, resulting in difficulties in packing.

(5) The sticky mouth that has been coated with adhesive must not touch any other part of the machine. Otherwise, the glue will accumulate in this part and eventually reach the part that should not be glued.

(6) The folding part is equipped with a folding transmission, and if necessary, it is necessary to adjust the folding transmission to ensure that the sticking position is accurate.

3. Edge section

The edging is suitable for the UV glazing and the coated carton. The lacquer and the film of the adhesive part are polished and the ordinary adhesive can be used for bonding, which can save a lot of costs for the company. During the edging process, note the following.

(1) The position of the edging should be exactly the position of gluing. This position should be 1-2mm away from the crease line on the sticky mouth.
