SIG Simonazi Company started with the successful installation of the first aseptic production line in 1995 and has been paying increasing attention to aseptic technology. After joining the SIG Group, aseptic technology was also developed together with other business areas. Now SIG Simone's aseptic filling equipment can be widely used in PET or HDPE bottle filling juice, milk and milk containing beverages, tea drinks, sports drinks and other products.

SIG Simonasi's aseptic equipment includes a rotary filling machine - Simonazzi Aseptica R, with a speed of 15,000 to 60,000 bottles/hour; a linear filling machine - Simonazzi Linear ABF, with a speed of 12,000 bottles/hour. Simonazzi Aseptica R is a rotary aseptic filling machine using isolation zone technology. It includes pre-sterilizers, sterilizers, rinsers, fillers and capping machines. It is suitable for different container sizes, different capacities and products. Bottle up to 2 liters. The Aseptica R Rotary Filler uses peracetic acid to sterilize bottles and caps.

The Simonazzi Linear ABF is a linear aseptic filler that is sterilized, dried, filled and sealed in the sterile area of ​​the machine. The bottle is sterilized using hydrogen peroxide. The flexibility of handling products and bottles is an outstanding feature of this device.
