Lipu Invents New Technology for Litchi Fresh-keeping and Sealing

After the large-scale sales and marketing of Litchi in Lipu, the company invented the "Litchi Refrigeration & Preservation Method", this year it invented the "Refrigerated Circulating Water Soaking Litchi Preservation Technique", using the cooling mechanism to produce a circulating water with a temperature of 35 degrees, soaking the litchi, and turning the litchi fruit down. At 5 degrees, the lychees are quickly sealed and packaged so that the litchi can be kept fresh for 7-10 days.

Thanks to the new litchi preservation method, the fresh lychees that have just been picked can be transported to the three northeastern provinces through the preservation technology. At present, Zhangpu County has set up special marketing points in major cities across the country except Tibet. There are more than 40 joint-stock lychee marketing organizations, and more than 1,000 marketing majors have established contacts with foreign companies to build a market for litchi marketing, starting from late June. The steady stream of high-quality Litchi in Lipu is sold throughout the country through preservation technology.
