1. Product quality testing conditions

1. Ambient color around the observation surface: N6-N8, C (0.3. If the wall and ground around the observation surface do not meet the above requirements, then use a baffle that meets the above requirements to surround the sample. Or use environmental reflection Light, the illumination produced on the observation surface is less than 100LUX.

The background when observing the reflection should be N5-N7, C <0.3; for occasions with higher color matching requirements, C <0.2.

2. Detect the dustproof and tidy working environment.

3. Operating temperature requirements

The temperature is 23 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the relative humidity is 60 + 15 (-10)%

4. Lighting conditions

â‘  Observe the transmission sample

The light source is a simulated body of CIE standard illuminant D50 (typical day with a correlated color temperature of 6504K, X = 0.3457, Y = 0.3586 on CIE1931), and the outline of the light source or sudden brightness changes should not be seen on the observation surface. The uniformity of brightness is ≥80%, and the color rendering index of the light source is Pa≥90.

â‘¡ Observe the reflection sample

The light source is a simulated body of CIE standard illuminant D65 (typical daylight with a correlated color temperature of 6504K, X = 0.3127, Y = 0.3291 on CIE1931). There should be no sudden changes in illuminance on the observation surface. The average illuminance is ≥80%, and the color rendering index of the light source is Ra≥90.

5. The observer must be a non-color blind and non-color weak normal color vision observer.

Second, the observation method

1. The transmitted sample should be illuminated by the ineffective diffused light from behind and observed perpendicular to the surface of the sample. When observing, the sample should be placed in the middle of the illuminated surface as far as possible, so that at least three sides have a 50mm wide illuminated boundary. When the total area of ​​the observed transmission sample is less than 70mm × 70mm, the width of the illuminated boundary should be appropriately reduced so that the boundary area does not exceed 4 times the sample area, and many parts are covered with gray opaque light blocking material.

2. When observing the reflective sample, the light source is perpendicular to the sample surface, and the observation angle is at an angle of 45 ° with the normal of the sample surface. For 0 ° -45 ° illumination observation conditions, as shown in Figure 1. As an alternative observation condition, it is also possible to illuminate with a light source at an angle of 45 ° to the normal of the sample surface and observe it perpendicular to the sample surface, corresponding to the illumination observation condition of 45 ° -0 °. See Figure 2.

Third, the use of measurement and control strips

1. Principle of measurement and control

â‘  The increase of the dot area is proportional to the total length of the dot edge.

②Use the area of ​​the geometric figure equal to the opposite of Yin and Yang to measure and control the change of network points.

â‘¢When the graph changes, the included angle changes more than the arc length, which plays an enlarged role.

â‘£The horizontal and vertical azimuth changes can be measured and controlled by using fold lines with equal or unequal width.

⑤Use equidistant concentric circles to measure and control the change of any direction.

2. Conditions of use

The conditions for using the measurement and control strip should be consistent with the conditions for printing, proofing and printing.

3. How to use

A long measurement and control strip should be used, placed at the end of the printed sheet, parallel to the axis of the printing press cylinder, in order to measure and control the uniformity of the image inking.

4. Printing commonly used measurement and control strips

â‘ GATF star: used to determine the expansion, slippage and ghosting of the dots.

â‘¡GATF signal bar: used to measure the expansion and deformation of the dot.

â‘¢ Brunner signal bar: used for density measurement, dot expansion, and dot deformation.

â‘£High-profile dot detection diagram: used to observe the reproduction of high-profile dots.

CY / T5-1999 Fine prints 'bright tone reproduction is 2% -4% dot area, general prints' bright tone reproduction is 3% -5% dot area.

⑤GATF color signal bar: used to determine the dot expansion, deformation, density and gray balance.
